RTM means ready to move. This is a method of construction in which the home is built in our yard and then transported to the property site. Any of our RTM’s can be built to your specifications and are completely customizable. They can be placed on various foundations including slab, crawlspace and basement. Should your home require a basement foundation, Accubuilt Homes Ltd. can build that too and coordinate the crane-on services for you. We make building a home as simple as possible by removing the guess work.

Warranty and Build Process

During the construction phase of our RTM’s all inspections, certifications and industry standards still apply. Once your home is delivered and set up our team will go through your home thoroughly to identify and complete any repair work needed. Please know that minor cracking in the drywall is normal due to the move process. Once completed, a member of our team will do a walk through and final inspection with you to ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned before you take possession. We take a lot of pride in the work that we do and put a lot of care and attention into each one of our projects.
